Romaine Valley Weddings & Events wants every guest to feel welcome, both on our property in Fenton and on our website. This statement explains what we offer today and how to reach us if you need help.

At the venue

• The venue is wheelchair accessible.
• Accessible parking is available on site.
• Accessible restrooms are available for guests.
• The chapel, the Grand Hall and the covered patio are on the same property, so guests do not need to travel between locations.
• The bridal suite is on the second level, up a flight of stairs. If anyone in your wedding party needs another place to get ready, tell us and we will help you plan around it.

If you or a guest has a specific need, such as seating near an exit, space for a mobility device or a quiet place to rest, let us know before your event and we will do our best to make it work.

On our website

We aim to make romainevalleyweddingevents.com usable for everyone, and we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our goal. Some of the steps we take include:

• Readable text sizes and strong color contrast
• Descriptive alternative text on images
• Clear headings so pages are easy to follow with a screen reader
• Forms with labeled fields
• Pages that work on phones, tablets and computers

Our website is updated often, and some content, such as embedded videos, maps and forms from outside services, may not fully meet these guidelines. We keep working to improve it.
