We host weddings, receptions, showers, private parties and corporate gatherings.
Fill out our contact form or call 636-748-5683. A deposit of one-third of your rental total holds your date. Ask us about our refund policy when you book.
Every booking includes the reception hall with tables and chairs, a full kitchen for your caterer, the bar, a covered outdoor patio, a bridal suite, a groom suite, restrooms, on-site parking and access to the grounds for photos. The chapel can be added to any booking, and six cottages are available for overnight stays.
Your rental runs from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and setup can begin at 8:00 AM. Cleanup takes place from 11:00 PM to 12:20 AM.
Our chapel accommodates 150+ guests, and our reception hall accommodates 300+ guests.
Yes. Romaine Valley does not provide a day-of coordinator, and our contract requires that you have one for your wedding day.
Yes. If your plans change, you can reschedule to another available date.
Yes. Pets are welcome at events and in our cottages, as long as they are fully potty trained and well behaved.
We accept checks, cash and ACH bank transfers.
You will meet with a Romaine Valley representative 30 to 60 days before your wedding date to finalize everything.
