Every booking includes the reception hall with tables and chairs, a full kitchen for your caterer, the bar, a covered outdoor patio, a bridal suite, a groom suite, restrooms, on-site parking and access to the grounds for photos.
Yes. Our chapel seats 150+ guests on the same property and can be added to any booking for $1,000.
The reception hall accommodates 300+ guests.
Romaine Valley does not have an in-house caterer. The hall has a full kitchen ready for your caterer, and our vendor list includes caterers who know the property.
Yes. Parking is on site, right by the venue.
Fill out our contact form or call 636-748-5683 to check your date. A deposit of one-third of your rental total holds your date.
Your rental runs from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and setup can begin at 8:00 AM. Cleanup takes place from 11:00 PM to 12:20 AM.
We accept checks, cash and ACH bank transfers.
Yes. Schedule a private tour to see the hall in person, or take our online venue tour first.
If your plans change, you can reschedule to another available date.
Yes. Our vendor list includes caterers, florists, photographers, DJs and more who have worked at Romaine Valley.
Yes. Romaine Valley does not provide a day-of coordinator, and our contract requires that you have one for your wedding day.
